Fer-Design Version 5.0
After months, it's finally done. It took me some time to think up the history on my race, without it colliding with the stories I wrote. November was spent writing chapters for the side story, as part of nanowrimo. I did not make it to the 50.000 words, but I'm not stopping where I ended that month. The title of this version is the same as the one of the big story I am trying to write - Legend of the Blue Moon. If you wonder what it is about, go read the stories at the fiction page. Although most is already explained in the stories themselves, you might find it interesting to read about my race, the Zanmaken, here and here in case you don't want your mind to get left with dozens of questions after reading the stories. The header image already gives away a glimp of my stories. They are about our world and the world the Zanmaken come from. And the blue moon is an important factor, as it changed both worlds. Looking at the art I made, makes you wonder why there is so much of Eirwen. I just like her because of the red hair. I like red heads. But Lately, Nakato and Nikki Saiko are favourites to draw and write about. 
The Artist/WriterName: Ferdy Verhagen a.k.a. Dothacker_kite (Kite for short) Age: 22 Sex: Male Eyes: Blue/Brown Hair: Dark Brown Length: about 1.87 m Date of Creation: September 3, 1984 Born in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, I spent my years as any regular kid. Picking middle school, I ended up doing a Graphical Education, because I liked to draw. There I got to learn about prepress, typography, and all related to eventually make a printed work. After that, I chose a high school where I could study 3D design. But after a year or two, my interest moved on to webdesign. Getting kicked from that high school, made me end up with the similar education, only closer to home. Finally I graduated in Interaction Design in June 2006. Seeing as my interest changed from drawing to webdesign, I did not do much drawing and my imagination got less over the years. But changing high school made my imagination run again, and gotten wilder over the past years. I even started writing. I don't like reading books, yet I write. My art gotten better over the time as well. They all look like anime and manga characters, because I like that style and try to develope my own style, whilst experimenting with tutorials and new ways of drawing and colouring. Beside drawin and writing, I spend my time playing video games, watching anime, help friends, playing guitar (am not a pro), read comics, sewing things for my dollfies and swing my katana around. |
