A sneak peak into the past of a Black Mage.

For years, Eirwen has walked across the lands of Vana'diel. As an adventurer and Black Mage, she's laid her hands on many quests and missions in the name of her hometown nation. Meanwhile, she's seeking answers to an old mystery in her life and the history of Windurst.

Follow Eirwen as she grows up in the hands of her adoptive parents in Windurst, where she learns the way of Magic and discovers answers kept from her and her nation for years. The Yagudo Tribe has never been up to no good, and this time it's close to one of the biggest battles ever experienced on the Quon continent.

Writer's note: This story is a fanfic of Eirwen, a player character from the game Final Fantasy XI: Online. So far, three parts have been written. Though the original idea was to write a trilogy, the story has left room for more.
